This policy covers payments for Finepress Pro.

Refunds

You can have a full refund within 14 days of any payment. That covers your first payment and every renewal. You do not need to give a reason.
To ask, write to [email protected] from the email address on your account.
The refund goes back to the payment method you used. Paddle sends it. How soon it shows depends on your bank.
Once a payment is refunded, Pro ends on that account. Your books are not deleted.
After 14 days a payment is not refunded, in part or in full, unless the law where you live requires it.

You can cancel at any time, in Finepress under Account, Manage plan, or from the link in your receipt.
After you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. You are not charged again.

The 14-day trial needs no card and charges nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
